Daily Live Classes with the Living Yoga Project

Once you have become part of our network, any live courses on offer can be found in the Courses/Groups tab along with other premium and free focus groups dedicated to various aspects of yoga.

There is no fee for joining the evening chanting sessions on Mondays (Chanting for Peace).

2022: A Year of Transformation

6:30-6:55AM | Chanting and Reflections on the Bhagavad Gita

This yearly course – which has begun this year – is a continuous journey of self-discovery and self-improvement, and arguably the best possible start to the day.

The sessions begin with three powerful mantras that uplift and enlighten on a subtle level, then continue with reflections on the universal teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, one of the most foundational texts on yoga and its practical application in life.

By doing this every single morning (we do take a break on Sundays), the mind is gradually reconditioned to be more creative and expansive, less inhibited and dissipated, and ever more in line with our personal as well as universal dharma: becoming the best version of what we are meant to be.

Chanting for Healing and Peace

7:00-7:45 PM | Mahamrityunjaya Mantra chanting and kirtan

FREE TO ATTEND

The Mahamrityunjaya mantra has been celebrated and used for thousands of years to promote good health, strength and resilience in the body and mind, eradicate bad energy from relationships within family, and to restore the balance in nature.

These effects can be experienced both by the practitioner and those who these mantras are “sent” to – whatever the type of hepl they need, and wherever in the world they may be. Join us every Monday, to do our little bit to improve health, peace and sanity on the personal, social, and global levels.

WEDNESDAYS
7:00-8:00PM – Pranayama and Meditation: The Foundations

STARTING ON 19 OCTOBER

An 8-week course in pre-pranayama techniques and yogic meditation.
Includes:

  • nine-part breathing,
  • rhythmic breathing,
  • the use of mantra in pranayama,
  • meditation as an attitude of stillness on all levels

6:15-7:30PM – Mantra and Bhakti Yoga Sessions

New series starting on 17 November

Experiencing the effects of

  • japa (mantra repetition), loud, silent, and written;
  • kirtan and bhajan (mantras sung with music),
  • Sanskrit mantras for personal practice,
  • meditations and reflections helping to connect with the luminosity within, and
  • other methods of elevating the mind, harmonising emotions, and finding a positive outlet for the creative force.

2023: A Year of Transformation

– with an introductory seminar at 3PM

An entire year of mantra, pranayama, swadhyaya (self-study) and meditation, to help bring about lasting positive changes in all aspects of life:

  • managing the symptoms as well as root causes of stress and anxiety
  • helping the mind stay focussed and receptive throughout the day, every day
  • (re)discovering inner strength, peace, joy, motivation and inspiration
  • getting practical answers to all the big (and small) questions

Along with the daily morning sessions, we will also meet every couple of months in Sunday seminars to learn new practices, track our progress, and have the opportunity to interact and share feedback and queries.

Go at your own pace with a wide range of systematic training programmes using pre-recorded video and audio materials.
In addition, as with every course on our platform, you can make use of an interactive community space that comes with each course or group, for interaction with other students as well as teachers and moderators.

In this way, you will be able to get answers to your queries, share feedback and experiences, and clarify any issues you may encounter in your home practice.
