The goal of this course is to help you establish a regular home practice routine, which is made easy thanks to the variety of supporting materials available, allowing adjustments in line with your time available. With this regular approach, you will begin to experience balance and harmony in your daily life and all the situations it brings, far beyond just your yoga sessions.
This type of practice is suitable for most types of ability, age, and most health conditions.
